1) Minimum stay in the Alumni program is 30 days with the possibility of extending to a longer stay at the Addictions Program rate. Clients in the Alumni Program must have previously attended our Addictions Program.
A non refundable deposit of $2000 is required to hold a bed.
This charge will be applied towards the cost of treatment upon admission. Please note that subsidized rates are non-refundable.
The Addictions Program includes a medical assessment, group and individual counselling, post-treatment services, wellness therapies (massage therapy, yoga, fitness), arts and reading materials.
The Alumni Program includes all goods and services provided in the Addictions Program. Travel assistance in the Okanagan or the Lower Mainland is available. Alumni Program participants must first complete our Addictions Program.
Both Programs include pick up/ return to the Penticton Airport or bus station upon arrival/discharge, accomodation, meals, scheduled recreational activities, use of the pool and fitness centre, free laundry soap and use of the laundry facilities.
Programs do not include travel expenses to and from a Client’s place of residence or the Penticton Airport, dental work, prescription drugs, or personal items such as toothpaste, tobacco products, ect.
Please note that there is limited parking available at our centre. Clients who drive to our location and park their vehicles will be subject to a daily rate of $5.50.
Methods of Payment
The Brandon Jansen Memorial Treatment Centre accepts cheque or money order issued by a Canadian bank, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For additional information, please contact our Admissions team at (778) 686-3052.
Clients who wish to extend their stay from one program duration to another may do so without penalty. Only the difference in cost will be charged for a client wishing to extend their stay from 30 days to 60 days. No penalty will be applied for clients choosing to start their recovery in a shorter duration.
Our Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated by the number of unattended days remaining in the treatment program multiplied by the daily rate of the enrolled program. An administrative charge of $2000 will be charged on all refunds. Day 1 and the last day of a client’s stay are based on the calendar date the client arrives and departs, regardless on the time of day. If a clients arrives on site at 8 pm that will be day 1 of his treatment. If a client departs at 7 am that will be considered his final day of treatment.
